The new report, available in both English and Ukrainian, focuses on four priority areas: Recognising the value of cultural heritage, Risk management and preparedness, Documentation, monitoring, and data collection, and Recovery of cultural heritage. It offers recommendations for the European Commission, the Ukrainian government, regional and local authorities, and civil society to protect and recover Ukraine’s rich cultural heritage amidst ongoing challenges.

The report was presented during an event co-organised with the Goethe-Institut, that was attended by Ukraine’s Deputy Minister for Culture and Strategic Communications, Andrii Nadzhos.
