How to support innovation? Questions (many) and answers (few) on internal culture and external funding

Presentation abstract

In its exhibitions, the Stapferhaus creates a space to debate the big questions of the present, like faith, money, home, truth, gender and soon to come: nature. In 2018, the Stapferhaus opened its newly constructed, highly flexible building as a home for its interactive and sensory exhibition. As an acknowledgment for its new building and its exhibitions, the Stapferhaus received the European Museum of the Year 2020 award. Michael will speak about the importance of participation for Stapferhaus’ organisational culture, about the challenge of growing while staying agile and about the strive for funding.
