NEMO organises Political Internships in Museums to provide EU policy makers with a better understanding of museum work. We want to convince politicians that museums have an imperative value for society.
The internship in short
- Politicians are introduced to different areas of the museums’ work.
- Each internship is tailored according to the politician’s field and interest.
- Hands on teamwork is the basis: handling objects, sending them on loan, guiding school children.
