The European Commission has launched a call for tenders to identify possible avenues for action to help protect and promote exposure to cultural and linguistic diversity online. Applications are welcome until 16 October.

Considering the unprecedented amount of cultural content on the internet but that availability does not guarantee exposure, the Commission wish to investigate the impact prioritisation practices, algorithm recommendations and curation strategies have on cultural and linguistic diversity. A special focus is set on the music and book sectors.
