NEMO is one of the project partners of the Horizon 2020 funded project and we would appreciate, if you could share your highly valuable experience and observations by answering the survey.
This survey tries to better understand the place Intellectual Property Rights, and in particular, the European legal framework, hold in the challenges and opportunities that CHI’s are facing when operating in a 21st-century innovative digital environment, in particular, when contributing digitized collections for creative reuse through online access.
While you might have already answered similar questions in copyright-related questionnaires, these are tailored to develop the interactive part of the envisioned self-assessment tool.
The Horizon 2020 funded project wants to empower Cultural and Creative Industries and policymakers to fully understand the social and economic impact of digitisation and innovative the reuse of cultural assets. inDICEs will result in tools that can be used to measure and advance the impact of cultural heritage in Europe.
