NEMO Attends a Roundtable Discussion on Creative Europe and Innovation Support

NEMO has been invited to attend the roundtable “Creative Europe support to innovation in the cultural and creative sectors” on 20 February 2019 in Brussels, Belgium.

Sergio Servellón, NEMO board member, is going on behalf of the network. The roundtable, which is organised by DG CNECT and DG EAC, will discuss experimental projects with a view to shaping a new flagship initiative, codenamed Creative Innovation Labs in the proposed Creative Europe programme post- 2020. The Creative Innovation Labs would promote innovative approaches across cultural and creative sectors to content creation, distribution and promotion, including through the use of digital technology.

The roundtable will discuss the focus of the first experimental project that the new initiative would support.
