Provenance research in museums

The SMA organises a workshop on the practice of provenance research on works and objects from collections acquired in colonial contexts. These can be assigned to various fields of research, belong to ethnography as well as to archaeology, iconography and natural history, for example, and are therefore held in a large number of museums today (language of the workshop: French and German)
