Sustainable Architecture and Built Heritage

The built heritage has many assets (evidence of old building techniques, old materials, etc.), but also constraints, particularly in terms of energy renovation. This session will review the methods and tools aimed at integrating the requirements of the ecological transition, particularly concerning renovation, but also the difficulties encountered. It will also shed light on different modes of more sustainable construction. The event is part of the 6-session programme "Museums facing their environmental and societal responsibilities. Towards a sustainable and ethical model".
