Over the years, she has collaborated closely with museums, heritage, and memory institutions on exhibitions, multimedia installations, public programmes, and projects dedicated to history communication and audience engagement. Her work combines cultural storytelling with emerging technologies, focusing on immersive experiences, interactivity, and new forms of cultural participation.
Elizabete is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the academic programme Arts at the Latvian Academy of Culture. Her research focuses on the metaverse and XR industries, particularly on the relationships between content creators and users, as well as on the development of virtual communities.
At NEMO’s European Museum Conference 2026, Elizabete will facilitate the workshop “From one image to story & experience: Creative experiments with generative AI for museums and cultural heritage institutions” on Tuesday 13 October.
