Workshop abstract

Peer2Peer: Museum challenges exchange

Are you navigating practical challenges in your museum work, especially around mental health and wellbeing? This informal, peer-driven session invites museum staff to bring their own questions and dilemmas to the table. In small rotating groups, participants will exchange insights, experiences, and support on the micro-level of daily practice. It’s not about polished results - it’s about sharing what’s in progress, what’s tricky, and what’s real. Join us to connect, reflect, and learn from each other.
