Sabine van der Hoorn

Sabine van der Hoorn is a museologist and a scenographer specialised in the design of cultural projects and scientific exhibitions. She held several positions in national museums in France and in Belgium. She was Assistant Curator of the Charlieu's Museums (France) and she led the renovation of the "Landscapes and Biodiversity" section at the Africamuseum (Tervuren, Belgium).  

Sabine is also an entrepreneur. In 2006, she founded ScenoScience, a museography company. In her latest achievement, she designed and produced the Panorama festival 2022 for the Mont des Arts association in Brussels. Sabine holds a bachelor in scenography from the Utrecht School of Arts (Netherlands) and a Master's degree in Museology from the National Museum of Natural History in Paris (France).
