Salma Jreige

Salma Jreige was born in Damascus, Syria, and has lived in Berlin, Germany, since 2014. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Damascus and is studying a MA in Intercultural Conflict Mangament. She deals with the topic of international laws and human rights, with a certain focus on women's rights. She has worked in various projects as a language assistant and job coach.

At NEMO’s European Museum Conference 2020, Salma Jreige will join the session "UNDERSTANDING DIFFERENCES – CHANGING PERSPECTIVES" on 17 November 2020

Jreige has been a guide in the German Historical Museum in Berlin since the start of the project Multaka: Meeting point Museum "Refugees as guides in Berliner museums" and became the Project’s Cordinator in early 2017.
