Public Consultation on the European Heritage Label

The European Commission has released a public consultation on the role of the European Heritage Label.

The aim is to investigate what role cultural heritage is playing in bringing European citizens closer to the Union. The EC also hopes to gather information about the operation and results of the action during the first six years since its creation (2011-2017).

All EU citizens and stakeholders interested in culture and history of Europe are welcome to participate in the survey. The EC especially welcomes people who have visited any of the sites rewarded with the label and people who have been involved with it through work.
