The Italian edition, titled ‘Musei e Generi: Etica, Metodi e Approcci per Promuovere una Cultura Trans-Positiva e Accessibile nelle Istituzioni Culturali’, has been curated by the ICOM Italy’s Gender and LGBTQ+ Rights Working Group. The work is an adaptation of the original guidance developed by Suzanne MacLeod, Richard Sandell, Sharon Cowan, E-J Scott, Cesare Cuzzola, and Sarah Plumb. Edited by Nicole Moolhuijsen, Dani Martiri, Cesare Cuzzola, and Roberta Parigiani, the Italian translator deepens the museological discourse on gender inclusivity, offering actionable insights for heritage institutions.
