Taking place from 26–29 May, the annual event of the Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities (DARIAH) brought together researchers and professionals from the cultural heritage, arts and humanities, as well as digital and data science communities, to explore how digital infrastructures can support participation, collaboration and engaged research across the sector.
Within this framework, the ECHOES workshop focused on how the needs of users of the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH) are investigated and represented, to understand how different methodological approaches function and facilitate the exchange of information between user research and digital infrastructure implementation. Through the participation of NEMO Project Coordinator Margherita Sani, NEMO was able to contribute with a museum perspective and highlight the practical needs of museum professionals in the ECCCH.
