Failing upward

One source for innovation is failure. “Try and error and try it again” often brings out the best innovations in both everyday life and in the professional world. In museums, we often only report about successes, not the least because funding logic or performance reviews foster the “success is the norm” approach. How about embracing failures to learn from them?
